Joshua Balsim

Spearheading a number of exciting redevelopment and asset repositioning opportunities, and with an awarded commercial background in both Law and Accounting, Josh combines extensive professional knowledge with years of personal experience. ​

Further to ASG, Joshua is the Founder and Director of retirement living operator and developer Next Stage Living (NSL), Disability Accommodation provider and developer, Australian Specialist Disability Accommodation (ASDA) and industrial property developer, Alt Capital.

Josh is sought out by the industry for his competence and knowledge and has been recognised and awarded by prestigious professional bodies including CPA Australia.

Thomas Chak

Having held the position of Executive Director at a renowned international real estate firm with over 25 years’ global experience, Thomas had tremendous success in expanding the Hong Kong and Australian capital markets’ platform and presence.

Thomas transacted numerous major deals including Arts Mansion, accumulating more than HK$9 billion worth of transactions. Thomas also received numerous awards including the prestigious RICS Greater China Best Deal of the Year in both 2012 and 2015.
